Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms govern your use of PostPAP — a link-triggered branded camera. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
PostPAP lets brand owners create camera sites, publish a shareable link or QR, and let guests take photos in the browser with brand framing and overlays. Guest photos stay on the guest’s device; we do not host guest photo libraries.
Accounts
Brand setup requires signing in (for example with Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Contact [email protected] if you need help with access or deletion.
Plans & publishing
- Plan limits (sites, published Live links, and related quotas) apply as shown on Pricing and in Billing & usage.
- Publishing a Live link may lock the public URL path; design updates can still be pushed when your plan allows.
- Paid or upgraded access may be arranged manually (for example by emailing us). Features can change as the product evolves.
Refunds
How paid months are cancelled or refunded is described in our Refund Policy.
Your content
You keep rights to the brand assets and settings you upload or configure. You grant us a limited license to host and display them so the camera experience works for you and your guests. You confirm you have the rights to use those assets and that they do not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or disrupt others.
- Do not use PostPAP for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive campaigns.
- Do not attempt to access another brand’s account or data without permission.
Guest experience
Guests open a branded camera page in their browser. Camera permission is controlled by the guest’s device and browser. We are not responsible for how guests use, save, or share photos after capture.
Availability
We aim to keep PostPAP available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where such disclaimers are allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPAP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
