Refund Policy

This refund policy is part of the Terms of Service. Paid plans are arranged by email. Free has no charge, so no refund.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] to cancel. Your current paid month stays active until it ends. We will not bill the next month after we confirm the cancel.

When we refund

• If you email us within 14 days of a paid month starting, and you have not published a Live camera in that period, we will refund that month.
• After 14 days, or after a Live camera link is published, that month is not refunded.
• Enterprise terms may differ if we agree them in writing.

How to ask

Send refund requests to [email protected]. Include the account email and the plan you paid for.
